We allow one dog under 50 lbs. We ask that no pets be allowed on furniture without the use of furniture covers provided. Any dog waste not cleaned up prior to departure will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to $50. If any smoking is detected in the home, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

Best Airbnb experience we've had in a long time. I wish all Airbnb hosts followed Trisha's recipe. The place was spotless when we arrived. Trisha was very accommodating. The house is beautifully renovated and well maintained.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. La maison est magnifique, très spacieuse et très propre. Il y avait tout l’équipement nécessaire et de nombreux articles supplémentaires. Nous avons bien apprécié le petit panier spécialement fournis pour le chien (une très belle attention). Trisha’s place was great for our family! Very convenient that there was a pack & play for my niece as it cut down on things we had to bring. We were able to use the bikes in the shed and made the vacation that much more enjoyable! Dog friendly, close to the beach, & most important close to scoop deck ice cream. Would definitely stay again!

Trisha’s place was absolutely perfect. The house was in pristine condition, very clean, and stocked with everything you would need for a stay at the beach. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but within walking or driving distance to beaches and restaurants. We loved our stay at Serenity by the Sea and will definitely return.

The house was beautiful and we loved the open concept downstairs since our kids had joined us for some time away. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We liked that it was set back from the main road (quiet and private) but still super convenient to all our favorite spots. We would definitely book this house again.

We had an excellent stay in Wells! The house is put together so well. Every detail has been meticulously thought out. It is very close to many great restaurants and of course the beach. Scott and Trisha were very responsive throughout the whole process of booking to checkout. It’s a great home for a family with kids and even dog friendly! Would definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to stay again!

Beautiful house and a great location close to all of the Maine beach towns. The kitchen was well stocked and great for coming. Trisha is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions.

The house was exactly as described. It was very comfortable for six adults. The house was immaculate, included lots of amenities and some added bonus items - k-cups, coffee, a basket of snacks. The neighborhood was quiet, close to everything. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard and were fortunate to have four days of perfect weather.

We had a wonderful stay at Trisha’s beach cottage! The house was pristine and had every amenity you could think of including an amazing binder with information about the house and area and a wonderful basket with bottles of water and snacks! We also greatly appreciated all of the little extras provided for the dogs. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and all of the neighbors were so friendly! as for the location, you are in an amazing spot for traveling to different areas of the southern Maine coast, while also having the advantage of being in a quieter area! The week we were there it was very hot and the mini split air conditioning units kept the house extremely cool and comfortable. Overall, wonderful stay and wonderful host and we hope to come back!
